It’s Christmas, All Over. Again.

December 23, 2025

There are not many times of year as celebrated and cherished as the end-of-year holidays. It has a feel, a rhythm, a vibe, something that no other time of year has. Walking down the street, driving through your local shopping district, shielding your eyes from your neighbor’s light show:

It’s Christmas. And that means both wonderful and stressful times are ahead.

Buying presents, decorating, hosting family, scheduling work around kid events, and picking up friends from the airport, noticing your tires are low on the first major cold day while on your way to work—sound familiar?

Breathe. Look at the lights. And try the following tips to add a little grace to your holiday space:

  • Schedule “You” Time: Never have enough time to do what you need? Add an hour (or two!) for whatever you do to relax. Put it on your calendar. Seriously.
  • Move Your Body: Exercise is self-care. Go to the gym, hit up a yoga class, walk around the block, anything to get your blood moving and your dopamine up.
  • Good is Better Than Perfect: Don’t have enough gifts? Not enough decorations? Not enough food? Relax. Doing something is the goal. You probably have done more (and better!) than you realize.

Remember that we are here for you in more ways than one. Don’t be hard on yourself and enjoy the holidays. And from all of us: Merry Christmas.
